3:10 to Yuma (1957) is excellent

Rio Bravo (1959) is good.

Winchester ‘73 is good if your a James Stewart fan.

many of these are pretty good movies but I don’t know how interesting or difficult it would be to write about them.

Oh my, you missed Once Upon a Time in the West.

If I were going to pick just one I’d say "She Wore a Yellow Ribbon" its the middle film of John Ford’s cavalry trilogy and a great classic. (Fort Apache and Rio Grande are the other two).

They Died With Their Boots On
or

Drums Along the Mohawk ( which is more eastern frontier than western but still a good one )

Unforgiven (1992)

Of your list, Henry Fonda is good in The Return of Frank James. However, for a film study class, I would probably choose The Gunfighter with Gregory Peck as Jimmy Ringo.

I need some help with dieting…?
I am trying to lose weight, a constant battle for me. During the month of September/October I did low impact aerobics at night before I went to bed. No weight loss. So I joined a new gym (inexpensive) so that I could got during my lunch hour. For the entire month of November, I went every day during my lunch hour and walked the tread mill, rode the bike or did the ski machine for at least 30 to 45 minutes a day. The gym lady told me to drink water. So I drank water. I drank so much water that I stayed in and out of the restroom, and my boss got very angry at me, because I am a receptionist. And through all of that, I still have not lost a pound actually gained a few… So now I am back to doing nothing. I cannot afford Curves, or the YMCA. I have very littley money but I do want to lost weight, so Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, etc is out of the questions, because I can’t afford them. Any help, I am so depressed!

The key for losing weight is easy – consume less and workout more often – the issues arise when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are plenty of stumbling blocks in the big wide world don’t you think?! I learned some good advice by learning from the web resource in the box below, they have plenty of instruction, I worked off 7 pounds by taking their advice.
